ADHD coaching that meets you where you are and supports your next step.
I’m Kevin.

I work with adults — including parents — who want support that truly understands how their brain works.
Support that listens.
Helps you make sense of what’s going on, and keeps things moving forward without pressure or shame.
ADHD doesn’t come with a manual and for a lot of people, it can feel like you’re figuring it out on your own.
I know that feeling.
For a long time, I felt like I didn’t quite fit — like I was on the outside of things, even when I was surrounded by people.
I could get on with others, but it never felt easy or natural.
Looking back now, I can see the patterns — overthinking, impulsivity, being overly hard on myself, and at times giving too much of myself away just to feel accepted.
And even when things looked fine on the outside… it didn’t always feel that way internally.
Everything shifted when our son was diagnosed with ADHD. Seeing my own patterns reflected back through him changed how I understood myself. Learning about ADHD as a brain difference — not a flaw — gave me language and context I never had before.
That understanding reshaped how I approach life and work. Today, I bring that lived experience into my coaching — alongside years of leadership and professional experience — to support people in a way that actually fits how they work.
I’m currently completing accredited ADHD coach training through ADDCA (The Global Leader in ADHD Coach Training).
What I’ve learned is this:
Progress doesn’t come from pushing harder.
It comes from being understood, slowing things down, and building something that actually works for you.
I created Next Step ADHD Coaching for people who feel like they’ve been on the outside of things
who know there’s more in them, but can’t quite access it consistently.
People who are tired of feeling behind, overwhelmed, or like they’re getting in their own way.
Because there’s nothing wrong with you.
You just haven’t had the right support yet
Where thinking becomes clearer.
Strengths are recognised.
And forward movement feels possible.
