Why I coach men with ADHD

I know that feeling from lived experience. I was diagnosed with ADHD as a child, but for many years I believed I simply needed to try harder. I have experienced ADHD as a husband, father, leader and now as a professionally trained ADHD coach.

My role is not to tell you how to live your life. It is to create a calm, honest space where you can understand your patterns, recognise what you need and decide your next steps with greater confidence.

Adult ADHD coaching for men across Ireland

Based in Dublin, providing online adult ADHD coaching for men throughout Ireland.

Whether you're in Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick or anywhere else in Ireland, I work online to make coaching accessible and convienant, so you can get the support you need, wherever you are.

Many men learn to hide what they are struggling with. They keep pushing, work harder and try to appear as though everything is under control, even when life feels increasingly difficult behind the scenes.

Is ADHD coaching right for you?

ADHD coaching may be suitable if you want to understand your patterns, create practical change and take a more active role in deciding how you move forward.

You do not need a formal ADHD diagnosis to work with me. However, coaching does not provide an ADHD assessment or diagnosis, and it is not therapy, counselling, medical treatment or crisis support.

If your needs fall outside the scope of coaching, I will be honest about that and encourage you to seek the most appropriate professional support.
