These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your engagement with coaching services offered by Next Step ADHD Coaching (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing our site, booking a session, purchasing a product, or registering for any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of services

We provide professional ADHD coaching services, including one-to-one sessions, group coaching and workshops (both coming soon).

Coaching is a collaborative process focused on goal-setting, accountability, strategy, and skills development. Coaching is not therapy, medical treatment, diagnosis, or mental health counselling, and coaching outcomes are not guaranteed.

Any information shared on this website or during coaching sessions does not replace professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice.

Clients seeking clinical support — including diagnosis, treatment, or crisis intervention — should contact a qualified healthcare professional.

 

2. Booking, payment & cancellation

Booking:

Sessions and programmes are confirmed only once payment is received.

Payment:

You agree to pay all fees in full according to the pricing and payment terms displayed at checkout.

 

Cancellation & rescheduling:

  • For one-to-one coaching sessions, at least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.

  • Missed sessions or no-shows are charged in full and cannot be rescheduled.

  • Group coaching, workshops, and digital products are non-refundable after purchase, except where required by law.

  • Where digital content is provided immediately, you acknowledge that the right to cancel may be waived once access is granted.

  • Extenuating circumstances
    Exceptions (e.g. serious illness or emergency) may be considered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

3. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim, loss, or damage arising out of or relating to these Terms or the coaching services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid us in the six months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for personal, professional, financial, or emotional decisions or outcomes resulting from coaching.

 

4. Confidentiality & privacy

We treat client confidentiality seriously. Personal information and coaching content will remain private except where disclosure is:
(a) required by law,
(b) necessary to prevent imminent harm, or
(c) explicitly consented to by you.

You acknowledge that electronic communications (such as email) are not fully secure. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, audio, video, and digital products — is owned by us or our licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

 

6. Website access & user conduct

You agree to use this website and services lawfully. You may not:

  • interfere with site functionality,

  • attempt unauthorised access to systems, or

  • share accounts or content without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

 

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms take effect when posted on the website. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland.

10. VAT

Next Step ADHD Coaching is not currently registered for VAT. Therefore VAT is not charged on services at this time.
