Refund Policy

Effective date: 2 January 2026

At Next Step ADHD Coaching, we aim to be fair, clear, and transparent about our refund policy.

1. Coaching sessions

Coaching sessions are provided as a professional service and time is reserved specifically for you.

  • Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.

  • If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

2. Coaching packages

If you purchase a coaching package:

  • Refunds are not available for sessions that have already taken place.

  • Any unused sessions may be refunded at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.

  • Where a refund is agreed, it will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, excluding any sessions already delivered.

3. Exceptional circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can arise. In exceptional circumstances, we may offer flexibility or a partial refund at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible if this applies to you.

4. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
